The current Executive Board mandate expires March 8, 2011.
Following the recommendations of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15 August 2010, the President had been officially kick off the process of renewal, by decision No. 001/ACTP/09-2010/PDT (http://poitierstogo .blogspot.com/2010/09/lancement-du-processus-de.html) dated 04 September 2010. Having been extended during the Annual General Meeting on October 24, 2010, the electoral process should lead in the coming days by the complete renewal of the Bureau.
In this perspective and in accordance with Article 20 of our Constitution, the outgoing Executive Board is pleased to invite you to a Meeting general meeting, the March 6, 2011. This will take place in the common room of Building B of the Cité Descartes, from 14h accurate.
Given the importance of the agenda, the presence of all is highly desirable.
